THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT ABOUT REMODELING
COMPANIES IS…..
It takes them forever to finish! Why is that you ask? It’s because most
remodeling companies are strictly general contractors. What that means is that
their workers are all subcontractors with their own clients, schedules, problems,
etc. It really is hard to convince someone that your problems are more
important than their own, especially when you’re not their biggest customer.
What this really means is that your general contractor and you are at the
mercy of the subs. Big Sky is different because the vast majority of our work is
done “in house” meaning that our employees, rather than subs, are working on
your project. One big advantage of this is that our people don’t have other
contractors to answer to. Another big advantage is that there is no middle man
who has to put his profit and overhead on top of the other costs.

WE SET A HIGHER STANDARD WITH OUR METICULOUS
ATTENTION TO DETAIL!
We know that living in an ongoing remodel is not all that much fun. It’s stressful.
Our job is to manage and complete the project without adding to that stress.
We’ve learned that all of our customers want (and deserve) pretty much the
same things. So what you can expect from us is that we will: Start the project
and work on it, without long absences, until it’s done; keep the work area clean;
give you a finished product that you can be proud of; and a fair price. How’s
that?

RESOURCES:
All remodeling projects are different. When the job requires it, we can obtain
the services of a structural engineer and/or an interior designer. If you need a
custom piece, whether free-standing or built-in, we can build and finish it either
in our shop or on site and we will be happy to show you examples of our work
with exotic design, materials, and finishes that you just can’t get anywhere else.
