Wouldn’t that be nice! Well, it’s true – we do virtually everything that an
apartment complex needs done. From replacing a single concrete tread in an
outside staircase to re-roofing, re-painting, or re-siding the entire complex. We
can rebuild a burned-out apartment, re-weld a damaged iron gate, or do an
emergency make-ready.
We are willing to do almost anything a client needs done, including teaching
your maintenance staff how to do the small stuff. It’s true that any general
contractor who knows his business can get all of these things done, but in most
cases he’s going to need to call different subs to solve each problem. We do
most jobs with our own employees which gives us a much greater degree of
control over both work product and timing. And, since our employees are doing
the work, we don’t have to put overhead and profit on top of normal job costs,
which helps you control your budget. The fact is we are a full service roofing
company, a full service painting company, a full service siding company, and a
full service remodeling company – with all the resources that implies. All you
have to do is call; we’ll take care of the rest.
